Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5–6 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods or promotional events, order processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual. If your shipment is expected to be significantly delayed, we will notify you promptly via email or phone with an update on your order status.
