When will I get my product?

 We prioritize carefully packing and preparing all orders within a timeframe of 1-3 working days. Our dedicated team ensures that each package is handled with care and attention to detail.For delivery, we provide Standard Delivery service which typically takes up to 4 days for arrival. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, there may be delays in processing orders, extending the fulfillment time by up to 7 working days.

What are the delivery charges for an order? 

A flat delivery charge of 250Rs is applicable to all orders below RS 5000 within Pakistan. Free Shipping on orders above RS 5000.
Currently we don't offer International Delivery Service.

What payment methods do you offer?

We provide convenient payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. With Cash on Delivery, you have the flexibility to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep. Alternatively, you can choose Bank Transfer and make the payment directly through your bank account transfer. Once you have completed the bank transfer for your order, kindly send us a screenshot of the transaction to our Instagram page for verification. This allows us to quickly process your payment and proceed with the fulfillment of your order.

  

Can you help with a damaged products?

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. To assist you with a resolution, kindly send a photograph of the damaged product along with your information to contact.aloraandco@gmail.com. Our team will be more than happy to help you. Please note that any damaged item must be reported within 3 days for eligible replacements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter promptly.   

  

Can I exchange or return my products?

 We kindly request your understanding that we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please reach out to us at contact.aloraandco@gmail.com and provide a photo of the damaged product along with your information. We will be glad to assist you in finding a suitable resolution for the issue. However, please note that our policy does not allow for returns or exchanges for reasons other than product damage.
